Refund Policy

Regelica happily accepts returns purchased on www.regelica.com under the following conditions. We cannot accept returns purchased from other retailers, therefore, please contact them directly for assistance.

Products must meet the following conditions in order to qualify for a return and payment refund:

Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original product packaging it was received in.
We Do Not accept returns on used products. Your Regelica item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging, it was received in.

To initiate a return, please your return request to cs@regelica.com with 'return' in the subject line and your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. When your return has been initiated, we will provide you with a return label for the items to be returned by mail. Please note, returns may take up to two weeks for processing, and the return label is not a pre-paid shipping label.
Please pack your Regelica return items securely in a shipping box to prevent damage and include a copy of the return label that we generated for you.

Regelica is not responsible for return costs. You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs. We strongly recommend shipping with a tracking number. Regelica is not responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us.

Once your return is processed and our team has determined the returned items are unused, unopened, and in the original product packaging it was received in, we will refund the product purchase amount to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the returned items do not meet the required conditions and are found to be opened, used, or not in the original product packaging it was received in, we will not offer a product purchase refund.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns for refund will be subject to a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

A pleasant surprise

I had been hearing about Regelica and bakuchiol, from various credible influencers that know skin, for a while. I wanted to add to my night routine, something effective, but different, when I wasn’t using my retinal.
I tried it. At first, I was concerned about the lavender smell, (not a fan) but it dissipates in no time. It has a lovely texture, and a good price for the quality. When I wake up, my skin is still moisturized and looks good. Though it’s different, I know that I’m still using good effective skin care. And the wringer is a must have.

GENTLE & EFFECTIVE CLEANSER

I started on this site as a recommendation from Penn Smith. I’ve used this cleanser 2x/day (2nd cleanse at night). Using this in the morning helps me asses my skin after rinsing and deciding on what routine to apply. I’ve used other cleansers with high amounts of glycerin but so far this is the only one that has proven to be gentler and less stripping; my skin however still feels a little tight after use so I’m working diligently on promoting barrier repair and hydration.

I love everything I have tried

I am on my third bottle of the Essence. Very hydrating and no irritation. I am almost finished with a third bottle of the serum. Great gentle exfoliating serum. I also use the cleanser several times a week. It works wells as a single cleanse for removing sunscreen and light makeup.
